Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading Flat2DXF, requesting a trial, placing an order, or using the software, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the Flat2DXF EULA.

Product role

Flat2DXF is workflow automation software for users who already have a valid SOLIDWORKS environment. It helps prepare DXF, PDF, image, report, and ZIP outputs for review. It is not engineering approval, manufacturing approval, CAM validation, nesting validation, material validation, or machine setup approval.

Accounts and trial access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Trial and installer access may require an account so license keys, device activations, offline activation requests, downloads, and support history can be associated with one email address.

License purchases

A paid license grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Flat2DXF according to the purchased plan, device limits, activation limits, and EULA. A license is not a sale of Flat2DXF source code, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Annual, trial, and lifetime wording

• Annual licenses provide use for the purchased license term unless terminated under these Terms or the EULA.
• Trial access is for evaluation before purchase and may be limited by time, feature set, installer access, or activation rules.
• Lifetime use, where offered, means continued use of the purchased Flat2DXF license version. It does not mean lifetime updates, lifetime support, custom development, or guaranteed compatibility with future SOLIDWORKS, Windows, hardware, drivers, or third-party software.

User review before manufacturing

All DXF, PDF, report, image, ZIP, drawing, and production package outputs must be reviewed and approved by the user before manufacturing. Users are responsible for checking geometry, scale, units, layers, bend data, materials, quantities, tolerances, CAM settings, nesting, and machine requirements.

No production guarantee

Flat2DXF does not guarantee that any output is suitable for a specific machine, process, tolerance, material, customer specification, production environment, or regulatory requirement. The software is designed to reduce repetitive export work and manual preparation steps, not to replace professional review.

Payments and refunds

Online payments may be processed by Stripe or another listed payment provider. Taxes, fees, invoices, renewals, and refund eligibility are handled according to the checkout flow, provider records, and the Refund Policy. Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not limited by these Terms.

Prohibited use

• Do not share activation keys, bypass licensing, crack, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially host Flat2DXF without written permission.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or circumvent license checks except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Do not use Flat2DXF unlawfully or in a way that interferes with the service, payment flow, licensing systems, or other users.

Third-party marks

SOLIDWORKS is a trademark of Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corporation or its affiliates. Flat2DXF is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, certified by, or an official product of Dassault Systemes or SOLIDWORKS.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flat2DXF and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including production losses, scrap material, machine downtime, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Flat2DXF during the 12 months before the claim.
